Our facility is open seasonally during Michigan’s deer hunting season and offers a range of packages to suit your needs, from traditional boneless cuts to sausage-lover specials.
Season Dates & Hours
Open: Youth, Liberty & Early Doe Hunts & October 1, 2025 – January 30, 2026
Hours: Daily 9 AM – 5 PM (until 7 PM during gun season)
Closed: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day
Last Day for Drop-Off: January 30, 2025
Important: You must register your harvest online and bring your confirmation number.

Prime Package (Sausage Lovers) | ~$230–$350* | Tenderloins & backstraps only, no burger—all trimmings go to sausage. Sausage is 50% off. Jerky can be added for $30. |
*Max price $400 for a 200+ lb deer with ~70 lbs of trimmings for sausage.
Premium Boneless Cuts Include:
- Tenderloins (2 packaged together)
- Backstraps (cut in half, 4 packages)
- Sirloin Steaks (4 packages of 4)
- Round Steaks (5 packages of 2)
- Shoulder Steaks (2 packages)
- Ranch Steaks (2 packages)
- Roasts (1–4, ~3 lbs each)
- Burger (~1.5 lb packages, about half of total yield)
Add pork fat to burger for $5 flat. Unwanted cuts will be ground into burger or made into sausage.

Caping, Hide, & Antler Services
- Euro Mount (done by KAS) — $150
- Cape Service for shoulder mounts — $40
- Hide — $20
- Skull Cap Antlers — $10
- Head removal for Euro Mount — No Charge
Note: All deer must be dropped off with hide on. We do not accept skinned or partially skinned deer.
Drop-Off Requirements
- Michigan hunting license & DNR harvest confirmation number
- County harvested reported
- Properly field dressed
- Hide on, legs with tendons attached
- Driver’s license
- Reservation confirmation
- Signed order form
- $100 cash deposit at drop-off
